What I am dealing with is anger, angst and sadness. I am about ready to explode with stuff and I don't even know what. I need to go away by myself like I used to. Talking to people won't help me I don't think. Exploding might help. The challenge today is to take a look at exploding and how that would look. I don't think that is a possiblity.
