The challenge today is to write a gratitude list. Do this for a week. Or do it the rest of your life. Gratitude is a way to grow good things in your life. The more you are grateful the more you will get to be grateful for. Gratitude can open your heart and you may be able to find unconditional love out of simply being grateful for waking up in the morning. I feel better all ready.
